Noise from the nearby road can be intrusive, especially around the pool area, which detracts from a relaxing atmosphere. I encountered issues with the gym lacking sufficient equipment, and the spa facilities left much to be desired, especially when the steam room was too hot to enter and the sauna was off. There’s also a frustrating lack of dining options after 6 PM, which isn’t ideal for late-night cravings. Overall, it feels more like a solid 4-star experience rather than the glitz of a 5-star hotel.
